From Monday, 15 April, Stokehouse Q guests can delight once again in the limited-edition Easter Bombe, a tradition which is now in its seventh year, a decadent rendition of the longstanding signature dessert.
Garnering a cult following in Melbourne and Brisbane alike, The Bombe has been an ever-present sweet treat on both menus and, this year, Van Haandel Group’s talented Group Pastry Chef, Lauren Eldridge, will be giving it a special Easter twist.
Featuring an Easter egg chocolate parfait with fresh mandarin sorbet, encased in toasted Italian meringue and topped with fresh raspberries, Lauren says her interpretation was inspired by the indulgence that comes with celebrating Easter.
“The Bombe has been synonymous with the Stokehouse brand for many years and I was thrilled to put my own Easter spin on the classic dessert.”
“Easter is a time for feasting with friends and family, and it seems only fitting to treat diners at Stokehouse St Kilda and Stokehouse Q with something extra special across the holiday period,” she says.
But sweet tooths better hop to it, the Easter Bombe is available for 10 days only across both venues for $21 until Wednesday, 24 April 2019.
